Fiona Costello is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience spanning the NHS, private, and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Strategic Initiatives Lead at eMHIC, International Business Development Director at Aire Innovate, and SVP Partnerships at Brain+, Fiona has consistently demonstrated her commitment to improving health services through technology. Her notable achievements include expanding digital mental health technology within NHS services at SilverCloud Health, contributing to the Canadian Mental Health App Assessment Standard with ORCHA, and enhancing digital health delivery in India. At Aire Innovate, Fiona advocates for the adoption of low-code platforms in healthcare, believing these tools can streamline processes and enhance patient care. With a focus on driving innovation safely and effectively, Fiona remains dedicated to learning and growing in the digital health field, always striving to contribute positively to healthcare outcomes through innovative solutions.

Jacinta is a psychologist and the founder and CEO of Caraniche, a mental and behavioural health company based in Melbourne. With a background in clinical delivery, training  and program design, Jacinta has led Caraniche’s innovative service delivery in community and correctional settings for over 20 years, with a recent focus on harnessing technology to improve access and outcomes. It was while on this journey, Jacinta met the Tacklit team and partnered with them to transform delivery models and develop integraed digital behaviour change programs at Caraniche. A Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), Jacinta has since joined the Board of Tacklit as a key advisor, is Chair of the EAPAA Ethics Committee and has recently commenced the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship at the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership.

Chris is an experienced digital, technology and AI senior leader and has successfully delivered on multiple global technology initiatives in the health, education, employment, travel and finance industries. He is formally Chief Product Officer at the True Digital Group and International Product and AI Director at SEEK.
