Description

The mental health industry is facing significant challenges, with demand for services far outpacing its limited resources. Technology and AI represent a significant promise to increase access to services, enhance quality and improve risk management. Yet, technology adoption by the industry remains patchy at best. In this webinar, the CEOs of Caraniche (a large service provider in Australia) and Tacklit (a leading care delivery software platform for mental health services) will share their experience leading their respective organisations through a multi-year partnership, which has delivered significant benefits to Caraniche’s clients and staff.

You will learn about the various difficulties faced, how they were overcome, and the significant results achieved in terms of increased access, improved engagement, faster innovation, and better risk management and efficiency.

Key Discussion Points:

  1. What are the many ways technology and AI can amplify the impact of mental and behavioural health service providers?
  2. What are the barriers for technology adoption in mid and large agency settings?
  3. How can we overcome the barriers and deliver digital transformation in a mental health context?
  4. What is Tacklit’s care delivery platform for mental health?
  5. What was the Caraniche experience: challenges, approach, specific initiatives and results?
